Exhibition – Other worlds: Visions of our Solar System by Michael Benson

Whilst I was in London I took advantage of the photography exhibition at the Natural History Museum by Michael Benson called ‘Otherworlds: Visions of our Solar System’.

The photography was really impressive as the high definition of the images made for really interesting textures and pattern tones. A short video about the artist and his work was interesting as he stated how a lot of the colours were added after initial photography as close to colours the human eye can see.

IMG_3366As well as the photography, the exhibition also had a soundtrack throughout; although sound is not possible in space, the music interpretation really added to the overall experience of the show.
